Sydney-based technology organisation is expanding and seeking enthusiastic and experienced Customer Service Staff. We are developing and expanding our internal sales and service team to help bring our vision to businesses across Australia.

You will be pro-active in nature, with a passion to meet and exceed customer expectations utilising a strong work ethic. You will handle inbound services or sales enquiries (phone and email) and strive for a first point of call resolution and total customer satisfaction. You will contribute to improve customer sales and service techniques and maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customer enquiries.
We are looking for exceptional individuals that hold excellent communication and written skills and an understanding of commercial business. Ideally you will have minimum 2 years experience in phone and email based customer service with strong administrative skills and attention to detail.
The rewards await you with the effort over a 38 hour week, Monday to Friday.
You will need a professional, disciplined and enthusiastic attitude with a sense of ownership and commitment to quality.
Remuneration is exemplary, starting from 35K per annum.
